I’m a CRM and marketing automation professional with a deep passion for helping mission-driven organizations grow through smarter systems and more human-centered communication.

I’ve managed Slate CRM systems with over 400,000 records, built automated workflows and behavioral communication flows, and led integrations that made operations smoother and outreach more personal. One of my favorite projects was developing a custom GPT chatbot for a university website, combining AI and authentic engagement to better serve prospective students and support enrollment goals.

Beyond the technical side, I care about work that has real purpose. Whether it’s analyzing data, streamlining operations, or helping teams communicate more clearly, I’m motivated by seeing organizations thrive so they can focus more fully on their mission.
