Equivalent practical experience, such as coding bootcamp or intensive technical training program, may be part considered in place of a formal degree</li><li>Experience: 5+ years of full-stack software development experience. 4+ years of software development leadership experience (Tech Lead, Staff Engineer, or Engineering Manager).</li><li>Proven ability to architect, design, and ship scalable web applications</li><li>Strong proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and AWS serverless (Lambda, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB)</li><li>Proficiency with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL;
