Walking in Faith, Serving Through Excellence 
For over 15 years, I've believed that every customer interaction is an opportunity to reflect Christ's love through exceptional service, and every team I've led has been a ministry of developing others to reach their God-given potential. 
My journey in customer service and technology leadership has been guided by Colossians 3:23-24: "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human men." This conviction has shaped how I lead teams, serve customers, and approach every challenge with faith and excellence. 
At T-Mobile, God blessed me with the opportunity to manage a team of 16 professionals, where I focused not just on metrics, but on seeing each person as someone created in God's image with unique gifts to develop. I designed leadership development programs that mentored 50+ employees, helping 15 team members advance in their careers. Leading the highest-performing retention team wasn't about my abilities—it was about stewarding the talents God entrusted to me and empowering others to flourish. 
Earlier in my career, the Holy Spirit guided me through diverse experiences—from providing white-glove concierge services to high-net-worth clients (where I learned to serve with humility and excellence) to being part of the pioneering Amazon.ca launch team in 2002. Each season taught me that whether serving one VIP customer or supporting thousands in a startup environment, God calls us to honor Him through our work. 
My technical journey reflects God's redirection in my life. After earning my Associate's degree in Computer and Information Systems, I've spent recent years managing IT infrastructure, leading enterprise-wide technology projects, and providing patient, compassionate technical support. I see technology as a tool to serve others more effectively, and troubleshooting as an act of grace—helping people overcome frustration with patience and understanding. 
What I Bring to Kingdom-Minded Organizations: 
  • Servant Leadership: 8+ years managing and coaching teams with a focus on developing people, not just driving metrics
  • Customer Excellence: Deep experience delivering premium service—from luxury concierge to enterprise support—always treating others as I want to be treated (Matthew 7:12)
  • Technical Capability: Systems administration, project management, vendor negotiations, and infrastructure oversight
  • Faith Integration: A desire to work where my faith isn't separated from my work, but is the foundation of it

What I'm Seeking:

I'm looking for a remote opportunity with a Christian organization where I can use my leadership, customer success, and technical skills to advance the Gospel and serve God's people. Whether that's leading a customer support team, managing technical accounts, or implementing solutions that help ministries thrive—I want to work where Monday morning feels like ministry.

I believe God is calling me to a role where my professional skills and spiritual gifts can be fully integrated. I'm particularly drawn to customer success management, technical account management, or support leadership roles where I can build relationships, solve problems, and help others succeed.

I'm based in Oregon and excited about remote work that allows me to serve a mission I believe in while being present with my family—another blessing God has called me to steward well.
