The Director, Systems &amp; AI Solutions at Praxis is responsible for leading the strategic integration and optimization of technology—particularly AI-driven solutions—across the organization’s operations and workflows. Implementation</strong></div><ul><li>Conduct internal research to find pain points in organizational systems, build out project plans, and work with the team to implement systems updates and workflow automations</li><li>Own the end-to-end design of our Airtable database infrastructure, project manage any future build-outs, and own the full change management lifecycle to ensure adoption across the organization.</li><li>Identify areas of the organization's internal operations and data that could use technology-enabled upgrades and lead implementation, with a special focus on AI solutions</li><li>Document SOPs and IT processes and create user guides to reduce support requests and improve staff self-sufficiency for tools and systems</li><li>Identify key competencies across the organization (i.e. mentor recruiting) and lead value-added ways to support team with streamlined processes and timelines</li><li>Provide first-line technical support for staff hardware, software, and network connectivity issues across Mac environments</li><li>Diagnose and resolve common IT problems including account setup for all software tools and application troubleshooting</li><li>Provide due-diligence and strategic oversight on information architecture for tools such as AirTable, Notion, and Asana</li><li>Find and supervise contractors to help implement AirTable builds and data cleanup</li><li>Research cost-effective technology solutions that align with annual budget and negotiate favorable terms for software licensing and hardware purchases</li><li>Assist with database management and reporting tools used for donor management and program evaluation</li><li>Support virtual meeting technology and remote work capabilities for distributed teams</li></ul><div><br><strong>AI Integration &amp;
