I’m a software engineer with a background in behavioral science, a mind for systems, and a heart for people. After working as a case worker and apprentice to a school psychologist, the pandemic brought clarity on how to bridge the gap between technology and the needs of the children I was trying to help. So I began teaching myself software development, turning late nights into lines of code and eventually landing my first role in tech. As an Application Support Specialist, I used SQL, AWS, and Datadog to maintain large networks and databases. While counseling taught me to listen and design for human needs, software engineering gave me the tools to scale that impact.
