That’s the truth I was raised on — a reminder that belief means nothing without action. Growing up in inner-city Philadelphia, I found inspiration in video games, where immersive worlds and clever puzzles sparked my love for problem-solving. Even in a low-income school, I joined the robotics club, and later, I worked three jobs in college just to build my first gaming PC. That hunger to create and improve has stayed with me ever since.

Before becoming a software engineer, I was a social worker, helping clients rediscover joy and purpose through personalized plans that spoke to their individual journeys. Today, I bring that same empathy and strategic mindset to tech — building tools that uplift communities and empower entrepreneurs. I’ve developed websites that helped freelance businesses grow their online reach, and I continue to give back through media work at my church, where my videos and music have impacted hundreds across live gatherings and digital platforms. Whether I’m writing code or picking up a bass, my goal is the same: use what I’ve been given to make someone’s day better.
