I have 20+ years of experience in the technology field with 3 of those years in IT, 17 of those years in software development and 14 of those years in a leadership capacity where I have led development teams, QA teams and engineering support teams; providing mentorship and constructive feedback pertaining to their professional career development and roadmap development in collaboration with cross teams and stakeholders.

I have extensive experience in delivering the technical direction, documentation, and scope of work for teams. I have the unique ability to understand and capture several complex technical requirements simultaneously and formulate the architecture, process and workflows into digestible charts and timelines for teams and upper leadership.

As an individual contributor, I have extensive experience in mapping technologies while working at Garmin and CACI. Primarily working on the front-end and for a time, as a full stack engineer, I have deep exposure to the various paradigms of the evolution of the front-end; from best practices, various frameworks and libraries to agile strategies for efficient teams.

In addition to the titles on my resume, what makes my experience and skill set unique is that I have interim experience in all the different roles within a development team; from product management, QA, UX, support roles to Engineering Manager roles; with time spent in those roles ranging from a month to a year. 

I started attending church in 2018 and I was baptized on October 19, 2019 and I’m very active in my local church. Community service and volunteering has always been a passion of mine; long before giving my life to Christ.  As you will see, I have extensive experience in the secular world. However, I am intentionally seeking and targeting Christian based organizations and/or ministries as lead by Holy Spirit for His kingdom to use the skills and gifts He has given me to make a direct impact in furthering His kingdom.
