Program Manager

I’m an operations and program management leader with a background that spans technology, defense, business growth, executive coaching, and organizational development. I’ve spent my career helping organizations solve problems, build stronger teams, improve how they operate, and turn ambitious goals into practical results. 

My experience includes helping scale a business from $1M to $4M in annual revenue, growing a team from 7 to 21, building operational systems and leadership processes, and managing complex initiatives in the defense industry. I hold a PMP certification, a master’s degree in Human Services Counseling with a concentration in Professional Coaching, and an active TS/SCI clearance.
