I bring a mix of operations, project management, technical development, and client-facing experience. A consistent strength of mine is finding efficiencies, streamlining processes, and leaning on technology in ways that are practical and actually help the team, not just add more complexity. My background started in development, but over time I’ve moved into roles where I’m connecting people, process, and systems to make things run more smoothly.
