The IT Generalist is a critical part of this team!

Salary: $35,000 to $37,000

Requirements:
  • Two to four years of experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Technical certification preferred.
  • Experience with VMware, Microsoft 365 administration, Entra (formerly Azure) preferred.
  • Comptia A+, Network +, Security +, and Microsoft certifications preferred.
  • Must be able and willing to provide friendly customer service and communicate with non-technical staff in terms and language that is meaningful to the staff member.
  • Valid Ohio Driver's License and driving record that allows you to be insured on agency policy, as occasional travel to satellite offices is required.

Responsibilities:

  • TEAM first.
  • Assembly, configuration, setup, system troubleshooting & repair; working with desktop and laptop computers, printers, and networked equipment. Issues and maintains communication devices including phones (desk & mobile) and fax/printers.
  • Creates and terminates user accounts/access.
  • Enforces and monitors IT and HIPAA security measures at all times.
  • Facilitates end-user training and instruction.

This position is contingent upon the completion of a satisfactory background check and drug test, satisfactory reference checks (emails were previously sent to the 3 references listed on your application), as well as the completion of a satisfactory Department of Justice National Sex Offender search and Ohio Alleged Perpetrator Search, as required by our licensing agency.

Candidates must be 21 or older to apply. References, background checks and drug screenings will be completed on all potential candidates. Must have valid Ohio Driver's License and maintain a driving record that allows that individual to be insurable. EOE.
