As a Business Development Representative at Servant Keeper, you will play a pivotal role in expanding
our customer base and promoting our mission-driven solutions. You will engage directly with front-
line church and nonprofit leaders, helping them understand how our software can address their
unique needs and support their ministry goals. Your work will be instrumental in driving our growth
and ensuring the success of the organizations we serve. As an AE at Servant Keeper, culture and
compassion are paramount - you will work directly with church & non-profit leaders and staff to
identify their needs and share how our solution and partnership will help their ministry to thrive and
grow.

Responsibilities
- A high volume of outreach efforts with the goal of booking consultation calls and demos for Account Executives
- Qualifying leads through cold calls and emails from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Continuously build, drive, and grow your pipeline of leads to achieve sales results to drive conversations to booked consultations
- Contribute to timely and accurate lead forecasting by keeping detailed notes
- Ensure accounts within SalesForce have up to date and accurate data while maintaining lead-to-opportunity records
- Participate in all sales meetings and contribute as a front-line connection to all outbound leads
- Serve as a backup for incoming calls, understanding potential customer needs and communicating our value
Requirements
- Experience managing a high volume of outreach at a mission-driven company
- Track record of achieving results and meeting lead conversion goals; have the desire to be a top performer
- Heart for discovery, listening to and building relationships with church leaders and administrators to understand their needs
- Excited to clearly and quickly present our value proposition by phone and email to a high volume of prospects
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively – organization is key
- Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
