Job Description
As a Senior Growth Product Manager, you will drive high-impact growth strategies focused on revenue, user acquisition, and market expansion. This role blends strategic leadership, product-led growth expertise, and analytical rigor, while also mentoring the product team and fostering a data-driven culture. The ideal candidate is an experienced product leader skilled in cross-functional collaboration, growth initiatives, and business-focused decision-making.
Primary Responsibilities of the Role
- Define and Drive Growth Strategy: Assist with the product growth vision, strategy, and execution roadmap, focusing on revenue acceleration, market expansion, and customer acquisition. Develop and implement high-impact growth initiatives that align with corporate objectives and position the company for long-term success.
- Influence & Leadership: Play a key role in corporate strategy discussions, contributing insights on growth projections and high-impact initiatives to improve business performance. Act as a strategic partner in aligning growth priorities with leadership objectives. Mentor and coach Product Managers to enhance strategic thinking, data fluency, and execution capabilities.
- Growth Experimentation & Optimization: Lead A/B testing, multivariate testing, and iterative product improvements to optimize conversion rates, user engagement, and retention. Utilize predictive analytics and machine learning insights to refine growth models and enhance decision-making.
- Lifecycle Growth Management: Own the growth lifecycle, from acquisition and activation to engagement and monetization. Prioritize initiatives that drive measurable increases in customer lifetime value (LTV), retention rates, and revenue per user.
- Competitive Intelligence & Market Positioning: Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to inform growth strategies. Develop business cases for new revenue opportunities, pricing adjustments, and feature monetization.
- Stakeholder Alignment & Communication: Act as a key liaison between the Product Management team and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution of growth initiatives. Effectively communicate growth priorities, results, and opportunities to senior leadership, ensuring organizational buy-in and alignment.
- Sales Enablement & Customer Expansion: Equip Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams with the tools, data, and messaging needed to drive revenue growth. Provide training, insights, and strategic guidance to enhance go-to-market effectiveness.
- Partnership & Business Development: Evaluate potential strategic partnerships, integrations, and acquisitions that could enhance growth opportunities. Work closely with Business Development and Finance teams to assess the impact of potential deals and alliances.
- Growth KPIs & Performance Tracking: Define, monitor, and optimize key business metrics to ensure sustainable and scalable growth.
Qualifications
A Successful Candidate Will:

- Collaborate through working with others across the organization to achieve shared objectives; Represents own interests while being fair to others and their areas leading to the business outcome for the whole organization.
- Drives results with a strong focus on business impact, consistently delivering outcomes even in challenging circumstances. Demonstrates persistence in overcoming obstacles to move growth initiatives forward and has a proven track record of exceeding ambitious goals. Pushes themselves and partners effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve measurable success.
Technical Qualifications
Required:
- 5–7+ years of experience in dynamic product management roles, including as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
- Demonstrated success leading end-to-end product development across the full lifecycle.
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Skilled in crafting and executing targeted product marketing strategies.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to effectively collaborate with engineering teams.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems
- Previous experience in B2B SaaS development, including CRM or financial tools.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, etc.).
- Lives and works in Pacific Standard Time.
Office Requirements:
- We are a fully distributed team (100% remote) with travel sometimes required a few times a year.
- A stable work environment with a designated workspace and access to high-speed internet.
- US-based and legally able to work full-time in the US. Sponsorships are not available at this time.
Additional Information
The starting annual salary for this role is between $125,000-$160,000.
