<div><strong>The Need</strong></div><div>For over 25 years, IJM has pioneered the work to protect vulnerable people from violence. 9 out of 9 times in the last decade, IJM’s Justice System Strengthening Projects have reduced slavery and violence between 50 and 85% for very large populations of people in poverty. As we grow to expand our impact to protect 500 million people from violence, we are seeking a CRM Salesforce, Product Manager to direct requirements gathering, backlog/request management, and training support of teams that utilize system features including those on Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud and integrated applications.<br><br></div><div>The CRM Salesforce Product Manager* will define and document internal and external user needs, data requirements and definitions, help guide development activities using an agile methodology and guide the development of solutions to prioritized user stories. They will act as the liaison for users to communicate and validate business priorities and system design for the Salesforce platform, while providing training, testing and deployment support for front line users.
