I am a website designer/manager who also generates rich content, sets up social media accounts, and optimizes web pages.  My specialty is revamping neglected and ineffective sites, injecting new life and bumping up the number of visitors!

For more than 12 years,  I successfully owned and managed Finessa Webworks. This service-based business started in Eugene, Oregon and then relocated to Southern California. With more direct access to larger market, I have been able to work with many small businesses from personal trainers and lawyers, to product manufacturers, benefited from years of my services.

Experience from working with everything from corporate companies, small businesses and non-profits, taught me this: 
Always keep learning, even subjects that might not seem directly linked to your field. Stay open to new ideas and other people's visions. Be flexible and willing to pivor when needed as details and plans rarely stay the same. Finally, when dealing with conflicts, nice always works best!
