Adam Read is an executive-level technology and ministry leader with more than a decade of experience guiding digital transformation within Christian and nonprofit organizations. He has a proven record of building and managing enterprise-level web, app, and IT systems that advance mission effectiveness, operational efficiency, and donor engagement.

   As Director of Digital for PAR, A Christian Media COmpany, Adam personally created and launched seven mobile apps and developed multiple websites now used across regional and international media ministries. His leadership on the executive team included directing cybersecurity infrastructure, analytics, and multi-site technology operations, while mentoring cross-functional teams in creative, marketing, and technical disciplines.

   Adam’s career reflects a blend of strategic vision and hands-on expertise — from overseeing complex technology systems to producing digital content that strengthens outreach and community impact. He is passionate about aligning innovation with faith-based purpose, ensuring that technology serves as a bridge between people and mission rather than a barrier.

   He holds a B.A. in Counseling from Northland International University and is nearly complete with his M.A. in Counseling at Faith Seminary. Adam also holds multiple certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot Sales Software, and has been an ordained minister since 2006. In addition, Adam has received multiple awards, including PAR's highest award given to a leader, the Vernon Baker Award.
