I am a database driven engineer with a passion for performance tuning, optimization, design and development. I have worked with Applicant Tracking Software for just shy of a decade which has also awarded me experience in payroll and financial programming. 

I thrive in a SQL Server environment but adapt very easily to other environments as well. I’m very experienced with T-SQL, PowerShell and to a lesser extent Python. I have a strong knowledge of AG/DAG environment construction/deployment/administration, backup strategies, RBAC, PITR, ETL, SSRS, schema design, custom performance monitoring, and multi-instance administration.
