I am a devoted follower of Christ, driven by a calling to serve others and strengthen community through meaningful work. While baseball played a major role in my early life, I have since transitioned into the world of technology with intention and purpose. I earned my bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems and Security from Our Lady of the Lake University, and currently serve as General Manager at Injan.
In this role, I’ve gained invaluable experience in leadership, operations, and the realities of running a technology-driven business. I've learned how to solve complex problems, communicate across diverse teams, manage projects under pressure, and think strategically about both people and systems. Most importantly, I've learned how to lead with humility and integrity—keeping Christ at the center of my decisions.
In addition to my work at Injan, I completed a 10-week research internship at Old Dominion University, where I collaborated with mentors to develop a machine learning algorithm aimed to increase the efficiency of brain cancer treatment. Our model, based on MRI imaging, achieved 65% accuracy—a competitive benchmark in the field—and has the potential to help reduce the need for invasive, costly biopsies. This experience deepened my passion for applying technology to real-world, life-improving solutions.
Outside of work, I serve my community through my church, the San Antonio Food Bank, and physical labor needed for communities impacted by natural disaster. Extra free time is spent building websites, reading, hiking, coaching baseball, golfing, and fishing.
