Jason Reed is a strategic executive with a proven track record of driving explosive growth across FinTech, SaaS, Construction, Aerospace, Automotive, and Commercial Security industries. 

With over 15 years of executive leadership experience, Jason specializes in scaling high-performance teams, building sales and marketing infrastructure from the ground up, and forging powerful partnerships that lead to transformational outcomes.

Currently serving as Chief Revenue Officer at both Fractal and Sky Systemz, Jason has spearheaded revenue growth from pre-revenue to $500M+ at Fractal by leading a landmark partnership acquisition in the heavy building materials space. At Sky Systemz, he drove 300% YoY growth and led a successful pivot to a SaaS platform tailored to the construction sector.

Jason’s leadership style blends hands-on team development with strategic execution. He’s known for building data-driven sales engines, unlocking national accounts, and securing capital to fuel rapid expansion. Earlier roles include executive and national leadership positions at 911 Security, Automotive Service Products, and Electric Guard Dog, where he consistently delivered outsized results, including helping grow revenue from $3M to $36M in recurring monthly revenue.

Jason studied Business Administration at Morehead State University, Thomas More College, and Beckfield College. He is based in Hebron, KY, and is passionate about innovation, team culture, growth, and aligning go-to-market strategy with bold company visions.
