Katie Pace Quattlebaum is a senior nonprofit communications and marketing leader with over 17 years of experience advancing mission-driven organizations through strategic storytelling, brand leadership, and global partnerships. She currently serves as Senior Manager of Institutional Partnerships for Neglected Tropical Diseases at Christian Blind Mission (CBM), where she supports global health initiatives that restore dignity, promote inclusion, and improve access to care for people with disabilities in some of the world’s most vulnerable communities. 

Previously, Katie served as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Southern Conservation Trust and as Marketing & Communications Officer at MAP International, a global Christian health organization. Across these roles, she has led integrated communications strategies, donor engagement efforts, and large-scale campaigns that strengthened organizational visibility, trust, and impact. 

Katie is an Advanced Certified Nonprofit Professional through the Nonprofit Leadership Institute and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, along with a Global Leadership Certificate from Thunderbird School of Global Management. Her work is grounded in faith, purpose, and a deep commitment to helping Christian organizations communicate their mission with clarity, integrity, and hope.
