I have been working as a Software Engineer at Capital One since 2018. I entered through Capital One's Technology Development Program where I worked on full-stack applications for two different departements. Recently, I transitioned to be a Software Engineer and Facilitator for the Capial One Developer Academy (CODA) program.

Outside of my full-time position, I spend most of my free time learning and creating music. Currently, I am taking piano lessons with Mailand Music Academy and taking music production courses on Mastering.com. Last year, I released a beattape called "to the beat of the Father's Son" and I look forward to making more this year as I continue to develop these skills.

Recently, I have been desiring to work on hands-on projects--creating and problem solving with physical material. I have a background in Mechanical Engineering and Computer Systems that I would like rekindle and merge with the software experience I have gained. Thus, I am starting to work on skills to get into the Embedded Software field. Eventually I would like to target the Music Tech industry or the Consumer Electronics industry.
