As a Program & Project Manager, I partner with stakeholders to envision, design, resource, develop, status, train, implement, and deliver product solutions.

I began my Project Manager career in software development, infrastructure, solution implementation, vendor management, SLAs, and client relations. In my most recent role, I led the Investor Toolkit Program, developing and delivering a program of 15 digital and physical products to enhance investor engagement, praised by 100% of Investor Relations executives. I managed the illumiNations Investor Reporting Program, delivering 14 major projects, achieving an ROI exceeding 99% while delivering the annual Investor Report on-time for the first time in five years. I facilitated collaboration between C-Level executives, creative teams, and developers to align strategies and expectations. Together, we drove a 15% increase in major gifts by delivering strategic materials and events supporting Major Gifts Investor Relations.

As a Client Experience Manager for a financial services company, I managed solution implementations and implemented the client Helpdesk software. In my most recent position, I designed, developed, prepared and delivered Cybersecurity training to non-technical personnel, teaching them the “why and how” of data security.

In my parallel career in private security, I develop policies and procedures for 15 fellow State-licensed Personal Protection Officers. Then, I design, develop, and deliver training for Officers to be in compliance with the new methodologies. At my previous employer, I designed, developed, and presented Cybersecurity training for non-technical employees, emphasizing the importance of their compliance when traveling overseas.

Based on a 2025 survey, my coworkers say I am an excellent communicator, both in writing and speaking. I am a skilled orator and storyteller, able to compile technical information into effective presentations. I am adept at explaining complex concepts in simple terms.
