Penny Card is a mission‑driven technology and operations leader with more than 20 years of experience guiding teams across IT, telecom, nonprofit, and ministry environments. She currently serves as the Director of Technology at Holiness Deliverance Center, where she supports digital operations, leads technical initiatives, and steps into any role the ministry requires — from discipleship and mentoring to prayer, teaching, and community support.
Her calling is rooted in a lifelong relationship with Jesus Christ, whom she accepted into her heart at age 10. Penny’s ministry journey has taken her around the world with an international ministry team, shaping her belief that people are God’s most precious creation and that technology should always serve people, not the other way around. She brings this same heart for service into every professional setting, creating environments where individuals feel valued, supported, and empowered.
Professionally, Penny is an accomplished project manager and technical communicator with deep expertise in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, software implementation, defect management, and cross‑functional leadership. She has led complex initiatives for organizations such as AT&T, DRB, Verisk, Diebold, and KeyBank, consistently improving processes, strengthening collaboration, and delivering high‑quality results. She is also experienced in Azure DevOps, Power BI, Smartsheet, Microsoft 365, and other enterprise tools that support operational excellence.
In the nonprofit and ministry space, Penny has served on multiple boards, including NAMI Stark County, where she has contributed to advocacy, community engagement, and organizational strategy. She teaches accredited Bible courses through Ministry International Institute and will complete her Doctorate in Ministry within the next few months, further equipping her to serve and lead with wisdom, integrity, and compassion.
Penny is passionate about using technology to advance Kingdom work, strengthen organizational impact, and support ministries and nonprofits in fulfilling their mission. Whether leading teams, mentoring emerging leaders, or building systems that support growth, she approaches every assignment with excellence, humility, and a deep commitment to honoring Christ.
