Shelley West Fraedrich is a junior web developer, customer success leader, and entrepreneur with 20+ years of experience in business ownership, client relations, and project management. A lifelong learner, Shelley is currently completing her degree in Web Development and Design, with growing expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, and responsive, accessible design, while also expanding her technical foundation through Python, Bootstrap, and object-oriented programming.

As Co-Founder of Covenant Digital LLC, Shelley partners with nonprofits and businesses to deliver accessible, user-friendly web solutions and digital projects. Through real-world projects, she applies her technical skills while strengthening expertise in client communication, design, and accessibility.

Her Christian faith is her passion and is at the heart of everything she does. Shelley has served as a long-term volunteer with Scottsdale Bible Church (since 1998) where she served on a mission trip to an orphanage, represented K-LOVE Radio  in numerous successful events, supported the Arizona Spina Bifida Association as Vice President and Adult Activities Coordinator, and volunteered with My Faith Votes at Amerifest alongsid  Turning Point USA. These experiences deepened her skills in leadership, advocacy, outreach, and community building, fueling her desire to use technology to advance Kingdom purposes and help others thrive.

Shelley also brings extensive project management and planning experience from owning and operating two successful event companies, where she organized numerous large-scale events, managed vendors, balanced budgets, and led teams. Combined with a background in administrative support, HR, and customer service, she offers a unique blend of people-centered and technical skills.

Her mission is to contribute to faith-driven organizations by building digital solutions that reflect excellence, accessibility, and Christian values, uniting strong project management with technical innovation.
