Shawn Reandeau is a seasoned cybersecurity expert with more than 27 years of distinguished experience supporting the United States Air Force and Lockheed Martin. Known for his leadership, technical depth, and reliability, he has built a career defined by safeguarding complex networks, guiding high-stakes security operations, and driving mission-critical cyber initiatives. 

Throughout his career, Shawn has excelled in roles spanning Cyber Systems Security Engineering, Information Assurance, Vulnerability Management, and Risk Management Framework (RMF) oversight. His work has included protecting major training systems, conducting continuous monitoring of enterprise environments, performing high-level assessments and authorizations, and leading collaboration efforts across multiple work centers. He has been recognized for maintaining consistent and dependable performance and for ranking in the Top 20% of his peers in 2022. 

During his military service, Shawn served as a Senior Non-Commissioned Officer where he oversaw communication security programs, supervised diverse teams, and managed high-value network assets supporting over 9,000 users. His leadership extended to the management of eight work centers where he oversaw 65 personnel and assets valued at more than $13 million. He successfully executed large-scale RMF initiatives, resolved thousands of cybersecurity risks, and ensured compliance with security and mission requirements. 

In addition to his technical expertise, Shawn is an experienced instructor, project leader, and incident responder. His strengths include cybersecurity strategy, automation, vulnerability remediation, team mentorship, and operational excellence. Outside the workplace, he contributes to his community as a church member, small-group leader, and video camera operator. 

Shawn holds an MBA majoring in Information Security, a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management, and multiple associate degrees. He also maintains respected industry certifications, including CISSP, CEH, and GSEC.
