I’m a mission-driven professional with a diverse background in specialty coffee, global nonprofit operations, and team leadership. Currently, I serve as Head Roaster at Ebenezers Coffeehouse in Washington, D.C., where I lead all aspects of production roasting, green coffee sourcing, and quality control—supporting both retail and wholesale programs. My work ensures consistency, excellence, and alignment with our café’s values and vision.

Previously, I was the Global Coordinator at River Valley Church, where I played a key role in mobilizing support for over 75 nonprofit partners across the globe. Through strategic donor engagement, content development, and trip coordination, I helped raise over $35 million and supported over 3,000 unique donors. I also implemented project management systems that streamlined internal operations and scaled our impact.
