I’m an experienced Operations Analyst with a decade of experience supporting SaaS product delivery, internal systems, and cross-functional teams. My work has spanned B2B contract analysis, subscription provisioning, UAT testing, and triaging complex internal workflows for global product launches. I specialize in making back-end operations run smoothly — often in fast-moving, cross-team environments.

My background includes deep experience with Salesforce, D365, internal ticketing systems, CPQ tools, and supporting enterprise systems from sales to fulfillment. I enjoy solving operational puzzles, documenting process, and being the person who quietly keeps things on track behind the scenes.

While I’ve grown in operational roles, I’m also energized by the idea of building scalable systems and long-term value — whether that’s within an organization or someday in something of my own.
