As a Network Administrator I successfully managed and led technology related projects for Private and Public Institutions: LAN/WAN, Servers, AD, Virtual, WIFI, MDM, Security, MS 365, Google Workspace. I do have a lot of experience in installation, troubleshooting and support of both equipment and software: switches/routers, VoIP, IP cameras, WIFI APs, servers, printers, projectors and sound, desktops, laptops, phones. I significantly improved Microsoft Secure Score, created and
implemented Cyber Incident Response plan.
I worked on implementation of Baseline Cyber Security Controls for Small and Medium Organizations CAN/CIOSC 104: 2021 (NIST based).
As a QA, I improved the quality of products for Financial, Insurance, Real Estate and Travel industries by utilizing different Test Techniques, Test Automation, Manual Testing and process related quality practices . I led teams of testers both in-house and offshore.
