Barbara Feldon is a strategic program leader and AI adoption consultant with over two decades of experience at Microsoft, where she specialized in enterprise engagement, instructional design, and technical enablement for Microsoft 365 (M365) and Copilot. As the former lead for the Microsoft 365 Customer Advisory Board, Barbara designed and facilitated global executive roundtables, aligning customer insights with product strategy and go-to-market priorities. Her portfolio includes cross-functional campaign leadership, technical writing, and best-in-class project management across marketing, engineering, and field teams. 

Now pivoting toward mission-driven work, Barbara brings her deep expertise in productivity tools and change management to help nonprofits and churches thrive in the age of AI. She is passionate about making technology accessible, meaningful, and spiritually grounded for faith-based communities. 

Beyond the tech world, Barbara is a seasoned church leader and adult educator, having led women’s retreats, formation classes, and liturgical planning in her Episcopal parish. She has also served as a Girl Scout troop leader and camp director, and currently sings and volunteers on the board of her regional choral music organization—where she continues to foster connection, creativity, and community through the arts.
