I lead enterprise customer experience and post-sales operations across Customer Success, Service Delivery and complex services organizations. My leadership is grounded in Christian values of integrity, stewardship, humility and service, and I approach my work as both a responsibility and a calling.
I practice servant leadership by focusing on clarity, accountability, and care for people. I’m often brought into high-growth or high-pressure environments where ownership is blurred, teams are stretched thin and customer outcomes depend on constant heroics. My role is to bring order without ego, strengthen trust and build operating systems that allow people to do excellent work without burning out.
Across my career, I’ve led global transformations spanning customer experience, PMO, cybersecurity, data center services and enterprise support organizations of more than 3,000 employees. I’ve designed post-sale operating models, client health and renewal frameworks, onboarding and escalation programs and executive reporting structures that bring consistency to complex environments and restore confidence with customers and teams.
A defining aspect of my leadership has been integrating people, culture and communication into operational change. I’ve partnered closely with HR and executive leadership on employee relations, leadership development, succession planning and culture initiatives because I believe strong customer outcomes are the fruit of healthy, well-led organizations.
I’m known for steady leadership during seasons of change, resilience under pressure, and the ability to lead with calm and conviction. My faith shapes how I navigate uncertainty and responsibility, grounded in the assurance of Isaiah 43 that we are not alone in the waters or the fire. I strive to lead with clarity, compassion, accountability and purpose in all that I do.
