My background includes Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft 365, virtualization, firewall management, patching, documentation, and day-to-day troubleshooting across servers, networks, and end-user environments. 

I’ve supported teams in healthcare, education, government, manufacturing, and small businesses, and I genuinely enjoy practical IT work — solving problems, improving reliability, and helping people stay productive.
