I am a people-centered operations and systems leader with 15+ years of experience building, stabilizing, and scaling teams and organizations across regulated, high-accountability environments.

My background spans industrial services, government systems, customer operations, education, healthcare research, and faith-based nonprofits. While the industries differ, the mission has always been the same: build clear systems, develop people, and create environments where accountability and compassion can coexist.

Most recently, I served as CEO and executive operator for a multi-entity industrial services company, where I led organization-wide systems for safety, finance, compliance, HR, reporting, and multi-site project delivery. I specialize in translating strategy into execution through disciplined processes, digital systems, and a healthy leadership culture.

Alongside my professional career, I serve in faith-based recovery and jail ministry work, helping build the administrative, referral, and operational infrastructure that allows care teams to focus on people rather than paperwork. I believe technology and systems should remove friction from ministry, not replace human presence.
