I’m an experienced IT professional with more than 20 years in technology support, leadership, and customer service. Over the years, I’ve served as a Team Lead, Interim IT Director, and Software Support Specialist, working with Fortune 500 companies, higher education, and local government. My background includes workstation and server support, enterprise software, and VIP-level customer service, with a strong track record of resolving complex technical issues and guiding teams to success.

Alongside my IT career, I run a side business in website design and maintenance, helping small businesses and organizations grow their online presence. I also volunteer at Catalyst Christian Church, where I serve as the technical team lead and have previously served as an elder. Outside of work, I enjoy reading and photography, and I hold a valid FAA drone license, which lets me combine my technical expertise with my creative interests.
