I am an IT leader with over a decade of experience delivering strategic technology solutions across public, private, and nonprofit sectors, alongside more than ten years of service in local church ministry. I currently serve as a Software Application Administrator for Benton County, where I oversee mission-critical systems, coordinate with vendors and stakeholders, supervise technical staff, and ensure reliable, efficient operations. 

My technical background includes systems administration, software deployment, infrastructure planning, and project leadership in environments ranging from government and education to healthcare and multi-site organizations. I have led large-scale implementations, supported secure and compliant systems, and worked closely with teams to align technology with organizational goals. 

Alongside my professional work in technology, I have served as a Senior Pastor, Student Pastor, and Biblical Counselor. I hold a Master of Arts in Biblical Counseling from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, and my leadership is shaped by a Christ-centered commitment to integrity, service, and stewardship. 

I am passionate about using technology as a tool to serve people well, strengthen organizations, and support work that advances the mission of the Church and the Kingdom of God. I live in Arkansas with my wife of nearly ten years and our three children.
