I’m a follower of Jesus Christ, a father of six, and a lifelong entrepreneur with a deep passion for building things that matter—especially at the intersection of product, engineering, and purpose.

After founding and exiting my first startup, Patheer, I joined BetterVet as employee #5 and helped scale it from an idea into a nationally recognized platform. Starting as a hands-on tech lead and eventually serving as VP of Technology, I built and led cross-functional teams across product, engineering, data, technical operations, QA, and support—growing the org to over 250 people and playing a key role in the company’s successful acquisition in 2024.

What drives me isn’t just the thrill of building a product or scaling a team—it’s the challenge of aligning technology with mission, and using operational excellence to unlock growth. I thrive in complex, ambiguous environments where technical leadership, product clarity, and team alignment create momentum and measurable impact.

My faith shapes how I build, lead, and serve. Colossians 3:23 reminds me: *"Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters."* Whether it's launching a product, building a team, or solving a critical engineering challenge, I believe excellence is a form of worship — and grace is the foundation of any great work.
