After more than 15 years in data and analytics leadership, I am intentionally pursuing a long-term transition from corporate executive work into kingdom-oriented, mission-driven service. Throughout my career, I have built and led analytics functions, developed data pipelines, and created dashboards and reporting systems to support complex organizational decision-making. 

While I have operated at a senior leadership level, I remain deeply hands-on. I have personally developed dashboards in Power BI and built data pipelines while translating complex data into clear, actionable insights. I am particularly drawn to opportunities where strong business intelligence capabilities can improve visibility into programs, outcomes, and impact.
