Hector Mercado is a bilingual Director of Software Development and Infrastructure with over 20 years of experience in IT leadership, systems architecture, and digital transformation. He has led mission-critical projects across Mexico and Latin America, delivering enterprise applications, secure infrastructure, and cloud-native solutions aligned with organizational goals and ministry impact. 

He holds an M.A. in Information Technology Management and is a candidate for graduation from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (M.A. in Theological Studies). He has also completed theological training through the Instituto Integridad y Sabiduría, under the teaching of Dr. Miguel Núñez.
