    • Partnering with executive leadership to align product strategy with business goals for scalable growth.


  • User Experience (UX) Optimization & Discovery:
    • Conducting in-depth customer interviews, discovery, and analysis to uncover pain points and strategic growth opportunities.
    • Identifying and outlining opportunities to enhance existing user experiences across web and mobile applications.
    • Defining and presenting patient/customer experience demonstrations to active and prospective partners.


  • Agile Transformation & Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) Enhancement:
    • Designing and implementing streamlined Product Development Lifecycles, integrating Agile methodologies and sprint principles to enhance team efficiency and accelerate time-to-market.
    • Optimizing release schedules and increasing feature output by aligning design and development stakeholders to critical path actions.


  • Product Team Leadership & Mentorship:
    • Coaching and developing product managers and associate product managers in data-based decision-making and revenue opportunity research.
    • Creating agile lifecycle and product management training materials to develop team members.
    • Championing cross-functional alignment between product, engineering, and marketing teams for seamless execution.


  • Operational Efficiency & Cost Reduction:
    • Identifying and implementing strategies to reduce operational costs and increase gross profit margin through product initiatives.
    • Optimizing product fulfillment and negotiating partnerships to decrease cost to serve per unit.


  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Launch:
    • Pioneering go-to-market launches for new web applications and platforms, overseeing delivery to diverse customer personas.
    • Developing transition strategies to reduce abrasion and maintain operations during new application rollouts.
