Jason Welsh is a python full stack developer with over 15+ years of experience in python and MATLAB programming experience.  He has extensive experience and a certificate in Geographic Information Systems (GIS).  He has published a few papers in the area of GIS and various other papers.   In addition, he has spent many years being supported and working at NASA as a research scientist, postdoc, graduate research assistant, and intern.
