My strong track record working on HR leadership teams serving in both talent management and communications roles enabled me to develop and deliver comprehensive communication and talent development strategies for both Fortune 50 companies (Caterpillar, Inc.) and not-for-profit organizations (Samaritan Ministries International). These experiences allowed me to build a strong knowledge base to successfully guide global teams of global communicators and global talent management professionals in setting and delivering communication and talent management strategies for between 2,000 and 12,000 global employees, writing for and partnering with multiple C-suite leaders, and delivering on comprehensive strategic & HR employee / leader communications. I bring with me a certification from Gallup as a Clifton Strengths coach, which I put to practice for 15 years, individually coaching over 1,000 people around the world in person and on video chats. I have built have built and managed crisis communication plans, mentoring programs, new employee onboarding, leadership training, and change management plans, all which were adopted at the enterprise level, replicating for 100,000 employees that which I built for several thousand global employees, all while receiving top scores in my leadership assessments from my direct reports and stellar performance reviews from my leaders. 

 

Most recently, I led a team of 15 dedicated communicators (Newsletter publishing, social media presence, and technical communicators) to deliver communications to almost 300,000 participants at a not-for-profit, healthcare sharing organization. My yearly employee satisfaction scores were some of the highest in the organization, leading to low staff turnover with a high focus on delivering quality, world-class communications.
