Hello, 

I started in systems early on. I grew up fascinated with computing, albeit in relative poverty, using machines quite a bit older than what would have been commercially available at the time. As I grew up, I began to tinker, and eventually got a Comptia A+ when I was in HS. I joined the military as a 25B (Information Systems Operator/Analyst, since resources were scarce. I graduated my AIT from the Ft. Gordon "School of Information Technology" with 732hrs training, covering Unix, Windows, and Networking focused on Cisco hardware. After my military career, I began contracting for companies in the RTP area of NC; over time my skillset grew and I became a systems admin, followed by a devops engineer positions, followed by software engineering, followed by data engineering. In the last 7 years I worked within a company that had relatively high mobility, where I was able to do multiple roles, and really round out a general skillset, with programming, automations, devops work, data engineering, etc.

I live in Berea KY, and I work remotely, I have a wonderful wife, and I am blessed more than I deserve. The Lord has been good to me, despite my failings, and mistakes. My provision comes from Him, and in Jesus name, I am happy to be on a website where I might work with other Christians.
