Karan Thomas is a bivocational pastor and dynamic leader with extensive experience at the intersection of faith, technology, and social impact. In 2024, he spearheaded the launch of Hallowed Code, an initiative inspiring Christian tech professionals across India through conferences, fellowship programs, and tech mission trips. His work fosters innovation, mentorship, and community service by aligning technical skills with faith-based values. 

As Network Engagement Lead for the South Asia Delegation to the Lausanne Congress 2024 in South Korea, Karan partnered with regional directors to nominate delegates, facilitated high-level networking with South Asian influencers, and coordinated complex travel and visa processes for international representation. 

From 2022 to 2024, he served as Executive Assistant to the Catalysts and Connectors Office at the Lausanne Movement, managing executive communications, travel logistics, budgeting, and team coordination. He also excelled as a Virtual Session Facilitator for the Lausanne Congress Virtual Experience, connecting up to 400 global participants in meaningful collaboration. 

Previously, as Project Coordinator – Communications at Lausanne Movement and Operations Manager at New Bridge Foundation, he drove operational excellence and led social impact initiatives, including clean water projects, pandemic relief for marginalized communities, and the development of a 150-seater training facility. Fluent in English and proficient in Hindi, he blends strategic vision with pastoral care to empower people and communities.
