I’m a Software QA Engineer with 15+ years in the industry who loves solving problems, coaching teams, and shipping reliable, user-friendly software. At Planning Center I led the effort to establish a consistent automation practice and testing mindset — building frameworks and approaches that helped teams move faster with greater confidence.

What I bring: a practical, systems-first approach to testing, an eye for gaps others miss, and a focus on building strong relationships across product, engineering, and support. I enjoy mentoring teammates to think creatively about testing while keeping quality standards high, and I’ve helped shape roles and processes that let teams operate more effectively.

Outside of work, my family and my faith are at the center of what I do. My wife Tiah and our three boys keep life joyful and busy (they all take karate). I love Jesus and serve with my church family at Life Chapel in Toledo; helping our local community grow and serve is a big part of how I live out my values. That heart for ministry shapes how I lead — with compassion, humility, and a desire to serve others well.
