Creator, Engineer, Program Manager

With experience as an engineer, program manager, and creator, my strengths are critical thinking and analysis, optimizing systems and processes, and solving challenges by creatively applying innovative conceptual frameworks to build solutions that make sense — with an eye for artistic creativity.

MY DREAM JOBS:
  • TIMELINE APP: Build a timeline app that handles the known tolerances (precision) of dates, especially in regards to dynasties and genealogies where only the father’s age is known when his son is born, or the number of years the prior monarch ruled. This results in a 364 day uncertainty per generation, which over 10 generations results in a 10 yr (minus 10 days) uncertainty of the total elapsed time. For historical accuracy, these uncertainties need to be displayed in timeline graphs.
  • CREATED COSMOS: Write about what we can and cannot know about the initial conditions of a created cosmos, and what the logical conclusions would be when examining a cosmos that was created in a mature form. If we disconnect the cosmos’ initial created conditions from the physics of its subsequent operation, what might be the conclusions for what we observe today? For example, if God created the stars on day 4 as instantly visible to observers on earth, without the need to wait centuries for their light to travel great distances, how would that affect our interpretation of what we observe today?
  • AGE-OF-EARTH RESEARCH PROJECTS:
    • GEOLOGICAL PUZZLE: Piece together the Grand Canyon sequence of layer deposition, uplift, and carving. The Grand Canyon is a geological puzzle in the ground just waiting to be solved, but uniformitarian and long-age presumptions result in nonsensical explanations such as the Colorado River traveling uphill over the uplifted Kaibab Plateau to carve the canyon, or the uplift occurring over millions of years at magically the same rate as the river’s carving through the sediment.
    • TREE RING DATING: Critically examine the 10,000 yr dendrochronological “unbroken record” created from German Oaks. The current methods of statistical matches between samples seem unintuitive, as there should be a 100% match between trees in the same proximity with rings formed in the same years.
    • RADIOMETRIC DATING: Study every radiometric dating method to understand their assumptions, and evaluate which assumptions might not be valid, especially in light of a created cosmos. For example, radiocarbon dating’s original assumption was proven wrong: that the ratio of C14 to C12 is constant throughout the ages. Samples from dendrochronology indicated that dates from 3000 years ago were off of their theoretical predictions by around 800 years. By this we can likely conclude that the atmospheric ratio of C14/C12 has varied substantially over time. Today, radiocarbon dates are provided via lookup tables which were established in part from the tree ring data, and the original idea of determining ages merely by calculations based on C14’s half life has been abandoned. But how many people know that the original thesis failed?
