Adam Pratt is a seasoned technology executive with over 15 years of experience leading DevOps strategy, cloud transformation, and agile delivery for enterprises navigating high-stakes modernization. A former utility-sector engineer turned Fortune 100 advisor, Adam has built a career on translating complex technical vision into measurable business value—bridging the critical gap between engineering precision and executive outcomes.

Currently serving as Group Manager of DevOps Engineering at Avanade, Adam partners with C-suite stakeholders across finance, telecom, retail, and public-sector verticals to drive multi-cloud strategy, modern platform architecture, and large-scale delivery execution. Whether rescuing delayed mainframe migrations, scaling Kubernetes environments, or leading M&A-driven app separations, his impact is felt in accelerated velocity, simplified governance, and resilient enterprise platforms.

Adam brings deep hands-on expertise in Azure, AWS, and GCP; IaC and DevSecOps frameworks; Kubernetes and containerization; and full-stack CI/CD design. He’s architected flagship DevOps platforms from scratch, coached product teams on AI-assisted development, and defined enterprise-wide release and observability practices that endure well beyond the engagement.

Earlier in his career, Adam built out the DevOps capabilities at OGE Energy Corporation, where he led enterprise release strategy and helped establish the company’s first DevSecOps Center of Excellence.
