Robert Fullington is a seasoned Enterprise Cloud Architect and engineering leader with more than 25 years of experience designing secure, highly available, cloud-native systems. Since building production .NET applications in 1999, he has helped organizations modernize legacy platforms, implement DevSecOps best practices, and architect scalable microservice ecosystems serving global enterprise customers. 

During his 15-year tenure at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Robert served as a Master Technologist and Solutions Architect, leading the design and delivery of a global cloud-native lab management platform composed of 20+ microservices, distributed caching systems, SQL Always On clusters, and modern Angular front ends. His expertise spans C#, .NET 8, Azure DevOps, SQL Server high availability, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, identity systems (Duende IdentityServer, Okta, OAuth2/OIDC), and secure service-to-service architecture. 

Robert is also an inventor and innovator, holding two U.S. patents and multiple registered trade secrets in geocoding optimization and cloud data synchronization. He is AWS Certified and actively architects AI-driven solutions leveraging Large Language Models to responsibly accelerate workflows, automate content pipelines, and enhance engineering productivity. 

A hands-on leader, Robert mentors engineers across all levels and bridges technical execution with executive strategy. He believes technical excellence is a form of stewardship — that building secure, resilient systems with integrity reflects both craftsmanship and character. 

As a U.S. Army combat veteran of the 1st Persian Gulf War, Robert developed a deep reliance on faith under pressure. His relationship with Jesus Christ shapes how he leads, how he serves teams, and how he approaches innovation.
