Over the past 14+ years, I’ve led CRM migrations (10,000+ records), designed cross-platform integrations, and guided organization-wide technology rollouts for teams of 200+ users. My background spans both IT leadership and nonprofit development, giving me a rare hybrid perspective: I understand the technical architecture behind systems — and the people who depend on them to do their work well.

Much of my work sits at the intersection of operations, finance, leadership, and technology vendors. I enjoy translating complex requirements into practical, sustainable solutions that improve data integrity, streamline workflows, and reduce manual effort. I’m naturally curious about how systems behave in real-world environments — testing workflows, identifying gaps, and ensuring technology supports people rather than slowing them down.

Having spent much of my career inside churches, schools, and nonprofit organizations, I care deeply about building systems that serve mission-focused teams well.
