Marketing professional with 7+ years experience dedicated to advancing Kingdom work through strategic digital communication and donor development. Currently serving as Marketing Manager at Favor International, where I oversee the entire donor acquisition ecosystem supporting indigenous African missionaries across 10 nations. This role combines my passion for the Great Commission with practical expertise in multi-channel marketing, managing campaigns across print, digital, and broadcast with annual budgets in the hundreds of thousands. 

My approach to marketing is rooted in biblical stewardship and covenant faithfulness. Every campaign I build aims to connect God's people with God's work, whether that's mobilizing donors to support missionaries, helping churches reach their communities, or equipping ministries with systems that multiply their impact. At Favor, I've developed comprehensive donor journeys that don't just generate transactions but cultivate long-term partnership in gospel work, growing our donor base by thousands while maintaining focus on relationship over revenue. 

Previously, I served churches directly through Church Posting, where I helped pastors develop digital strategies for discipleship and outreach. This work reinforced my conviction that technology should serve the local church, not replace it. I've also worked with business owners through Paradigm, helping them view their enterprises as ministry platforms and develop marketing that honors God while serving customers excellently. 

My interdisciplinary degree in Business and Religion from Liberty University equipped me uniquely for this intersection of faith and professional excellence. This theological foundation shapes how I approach every project, ensuring that our methods align with our message. Currently completing my degree while working full-time demonstrates my commitment to continuous learning and growth. 

Beyond my professional work, I serve as a teaching leader at Valley, a discipleship movement for young adults in Tampa Bay. This ministry role keeps me grounded in local church life and the real spiritual needs of the next generation. I've also published "Too Great and Too Marvelous," a theological work on God's sovereignty and human responsibility, reflecting my commitment to deep biblical thinking that informs practical ministry. 

Technical skills include email automation, CRM management (GoHighLevel, various platforms), Google Analytics, paid advertising across all major platforms, direct mail strategy, landing page development, and conversion optimization. But tools are just tools. What matters is using them to tell true stories that move hearts toward Kingdom priorities. 

I believe Christian organizations need marketing that matches their message: bold without manipulation, compelling without compromise, professional without losing prophetic edge. My goal is to help ministries and Christian tech companies build communication systems that honor God, serve people, and advance the gospel with excellence and integrity.
