For over twenty years, I've worked a number of roles in the legal software industry and IT. I began my career in desktop support. I've been a developer, trainer to developers and sysadmins, QA tech, documentation writer, business analyst and consultant developer, support tech and customer support manager. I have a very wide range of experience in developing, integrating, and supporting enterprise software applications. I have deep technical skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
