Christian job boards and where to find Christian jobs in 2026

October 19, 2026 · Updated October 23, 2026

A worship leader, a Christian school math teacher and a software engineer at a Bible translation nonprofit can type the same search into Google and need three different job boards. Christian hiring is spread across sites built for churches, Christian colleges, missions and tech, and each one is organized around a different kind of employer.

The right Christian job board depends on the role. Christian Tech Jobs lists tech, design and marketing roles, and its sister site Christian Jobs List covers Christian schools, nonprofits and healthcare. ChurchStaffing.com and ChristianJobs.com carry church staff roles, the CCCU Career Center lists Christian college jobs, and Christian Career Center covers missions.

How do you pick the right Christian job board?

Start with the kind of employer you want to work for, and then look at how each board's focus and pricing fit you. A church staffing board is organized around worship, youth and pastoral roles, a board run for Christian colleges carries their faculty searches, and a tech board lists the software, design and marketing roles that churches and ministries hire for too.

We run Christian Tech Jobs, and the same team runs two sister sites, Christian Jobs List and Faith Friendly Jobs. We described every other board from what its own website said in October 2026, and we haven't ranked any of them.

Where can you find Christian tech, design and marketing jobs?

Christian Tech Jobs

Christian Tech Jobs lists software, IT, data, design, marketing, communications and operations roles at Christian companies, churches and nonprofits. According to Christian Tech Jobs data (as of October 2026), the board lists 745 open roles from 224 Christian organizations, and 142 of those roles are remote. IT, marketing and software development are the most common categories.

Anyone can browse the open roles for free, and a Premium membership shows the full list along with AI matches. If you'd rather start with the employers, our directory of Christian companies lists the organizations hiring through the board.

Where can you find jobs at Christian schools, colleges, missions and nonprofits?

Christian Jobs List

Christian Jobs List is a sister site of Christian Tech Jobs, run by the same team, for roles outside of tech and pastoral ministry. It lists jobs in education, healthcare, counseling, social work, fundraising, finance, and church office and administration at Christian schools, nonprofits, churches and companies.

CCCU Career Center

The Council for Christian Colleges & Universities runs this board for its more than 180 member institutions, so it's the first place to look for faculty, administrative and staff roles in Christian higher education. It also carries some church ministry and Christian nonprofit roles.

Christian Career Center

Christian Career Center has helped Christians find ministry, missions, Christian school and nonprofit jobs since 1997, and its National Certified Career Counselors offer coaching and resume help. Posting your resume there is free, and its Christian Job Fair directory lists Christian ministries along with their current openings.

Christians for Impact

Christians for Impact is a nonprofit that helps Christians find careers working on problems like global poverty, global health and missions. Its free newsletter shares more than 800 impact-focused openings each month, including roles in government and the private sector, and it offers free one-on-one career advising.

Where are pastor and church staff jobs posted?

ChurchStaffing.com and ChristianJobs.com

Salem Media runs both of these sister sites. ChurchStaffing lists pastoral and ministry staff openings at churches of every denomination, from senior and youth pastors to children's ministry directors and church secretaries. ChristianJobs.com merged with Intercristo in 2008 and carries many of the same church listings along with roles at other Christian organizations, and it says its resume database holds more than 85,000 resumes. Searching either one is free, and a $15 a month Premium membership places your resume ahead of standard listings.

JustChurchJobs

JustChurchJobs lists pastor, worship, student and ministry staff roles at churches of every size and denomination, and it's free to use for churches and pastors. Churches can send a posting to seminaries in one click and review candidates by theology, sermon samples and worship videos.

Vanderbloemen

Vanderbloemen is an executive search firm that has run leadership searches for churches, Christian schools, nonprofits and values-based businesses since 2009. Its job openings page lists the searches it's working on, and candidates apply into a confidential process led by its recruiters.

Where can you find jobs at mainstream companies that share your values?

Faith Friendly Jobs

Faith Friendly Jobs is a sister site of Christian Tech Jobs that lists roles at mainstream companies whose conduct has been screened against biblical values. It's a good fit if you'd rather work in business than at a church or ministry.
