Bring the brand, voice, and mission of Willie George Ministries to life through design.

RESPONSBILITIES

Design and illustrate a wide variety of projects, including, but not limited to, email templates, presentation slides, social media assets, print materials, signage, and digital campaigns.
Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to uphold and expand the visual brand of Willie George Ministries.
Help steward creative time and resources by guiding projects toward realistic timelines and deliverables.
Take ownership of assigned projects from concept to final delivery with minimal supervision.
Collaborate cross-functionally to develop creative, boundary-pushing concepts and solutions.
Contribute actively to an interdisciplinary creative team, offering ideas, visual direction, and constructive feedback.
Assist with production coordination for print and digital projects as needed.
Research, experiment with, and implement current design trends, tools, and techniques.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in design, art, or a related field
3-5 years of professional design experience (or equivalent portfolio experience)
A love for all things creative with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
Solid understanding of design principles, especially typography, layout, and composition
Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to clarify needs, communicate constraints, and diplomatically push back when necessary
Confidence in presenting and explaining design decisions
Ability to both receive and thoughtfully apply feedback and creative direction
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, with emphasis on Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines effectively
