The <strong>UI/UX Design Lead</strong> serves as a critical bridge between marketing strategy and technology implementation. Iteration</strong></div><ul><li>Work closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs and provide support during development.</li><li>Participate in sprint planning and reviews, contributing to the continuous improvement of design-development workflows.</li><li>Iterate on designs based on team feedback, testing, and performance data.</li><li>Establish regular design review processes that include key stakeholders, such as executive leadership and the marketing team.</li></ul><div>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Experience Optimization</strong></div><ul><li>Champion the voice of the user across all projects, balancing usability, performance, and visual excellence.</li><li>Monitor user engagement and identify opportunities to improve key workflows and interfaces.</li><li>Advocate for design best practices and accessibility standards across the organization.</li></ul><div>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Brand Stewardship &amp; Marketing Collaboration</strong></div><ul><li>Serve as primary liaison between technology and marketing teams for all brand-related design decisions</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team on branded design requirements, ensuring seamless integration and consistency</li><li>Participate in brand strategy discussions and translate brand positioning into digital experience principles</li></ul><div>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Skill Requirements for the Role</strong></div><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in UX design, interaction design, human-computer interaction, psychology, graphic design, or a related discipline</li><li>5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a technology or nonprofit environment</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing design deliverables such as research artifacts, personas, wireframes, prototypes, visual designs, and design system components</li><li>Proficiency in industry tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar;
